SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

RETURN PROCESS

  • If there are no problems with the item, or the item is new and unopened, the buyer is responsible for original shipping costs and a restocking fee of 20% unless the product is subject to manufacturer's defect.
  • Once a Return Material Authorization (RMA) has been approved, you have 2 weeks (10 business days) to ship the item back to DK2/SnowBear by Marlon.
  • Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers are good for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • Please note that non-defective items that have not been opened should be returned in new condition.
  • Please visit the DK2/SnowBear by Marlon Warranty page to submit a webform, or call 1 (888) 277-6960 for any damaged or defective products or parts.
  • Please see RETURN EXCLUSIONS for freight returns and part items that are not eligible for return.

RETURN EXCLUSIONS

DK2/SnowBear by Marlon does not accept returns on:

  • Outdoor Power Equipment that has been filled with gasoline, oil, or hydraulic fluid unless defective. If the Outdoor Power Equipment is subject to manufacturer's defect, remove all gas, oil, and/or hydraulic fluid prior to shipment.
  • LTL (Less Than a Truckload) shipments are not eligible for return unless DK2/SnowBear by Marlon was at fault. See FREIGHT RETURNS for more information on LTL (Less Than a Truckload)/Freight Returns.
  • Trailers that have already been registered and/or assembled.
  • Parts, unless DK2/SnowBear by Marlon sent the incorrect part, or the part is defective. If the part is defective, contact DK2/SnowBear by Marlon support at 1 (888) 277-6960 or support@marlonproducts.com to receive a new part at no cost.
  • Assembled and/or used items.

FREIGHT RETURNS

Remember to inspect freight orders upon delivery. DO NOT ACCEPT freight that is damaged or if the item is not what you ordered. IMPORTANT: sign the delivery driver's receipts with "DAMAGED BY CARRIER" in these incidents.

If you are returning an item that was shipped LTL (Less Than a Truckload) for any of the reasons below, you will NOT be subject to return shipping costs or fees:

  • DK2/SnowBear by Marlon sent you a different product than the one you ordered.
  • The product you received has a manufacturer's defect.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to expected ship date. Any orders canceled after shipment are subject to original shipping costs and a restocking fee of 20%.

MISSING AND INCOMPLETE SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives with missing parts or accessories, please reach out to DK2/SnowBear by Marlon directly by phone at 1 (888) 277-6960 or through email at support@marlonproducts.com.

Do not return the product if you are missing parts or accessories, DK2/SnowBear by Marlon will send you the missing parts or accessories free of charge.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS AND CHANGES

Any address changes will need to be requested over the phone at 1 (888) 277-6960 and by the person who placed the order, at least 48 hours prior to the requested ship date.

COMMON REASONS FOR RETURN

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

DK2/SnowBear by Marlon handles thousands of items, and sometimes things go wrong. If an item arrives to you defective, let us know and we will make it right.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

Items ship out all the time, and sometimes accidents happen. These incidents are rare, sometimes items can arrive to you with damaged packaging. Let us know right away if this occurs so that we can make it right.

INCORRECT PRODUCT

If you receive an incorrect order, let us know and we will get the return process started. We will make it right for you and get the correct item shipped immediately.

LOST PACKAGE

Processing time differs from order to order, but shipping is always on us. If your package tracking information says delivered but you have not received it yet, let us know. We will get in touch with the shipper and track it down. If we are unable to find it, we will ship a new product and handle the claim. First, please double check the package is not hidden or with a neighbor or roommate for safe keeping. If it is still lost, let us know so we can file a claim. We will process your replacement and handle the details so you can rest easy.

HERE ARE THE STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR A RETURN:

We understand that sometimes products do not always meet our customers' expectations, and we want to ensure that our customers have a hassle-free experience when returning their items.

NOTE: If you purchased your DK2 item from a retailer or dealer, you must initiate the returns process with the retailer to ensure you receive a refund. Please see the list of retailer returns links below.

STEP 1

Fill out the form on this page and be sure to include all requested information. This will begin the Return process.

STEP 2

We will send you a Return Authorization Material (RMA) number along with a Return Shipping Label to get the product back to us. See more on RMAs on RETURN PROCESS above.

STEP 3

Repack and ship the product in its original packaging. Include all items and note any missing parts.

STEP 4

Receive a refund once the product is received back at DK2/SnowBear by Marlon.
